Cor sólido vermelho granada jovem. Nariz profundo com acentos frutados, picante e fundo amadeirado. Na boca um ataque franco, taninos suaves, aveludados e uma fruta madura transportada pela frescura. Final saboroso, crocante anunciando um bom envelhecimento.

The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration/power. It reveals notes of crunchy wild blackberry, crunchy cassis and small notes of ripe strawberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, nutmeg, violet and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, freshness, tension, a juicy frame as well as tension and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cassis, blackberry and small notes of cherry associated with small touches of juicy/crunchy raspberry as well as fine hints of liquorice, chocolate and toasted. Good length. A very fine hint of cocoa bitter on the finish/persistance. Tannins are well-built.

Composed of 65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Malbec, the deep garnet-purple colored 2019 Haut Rocher has a flamboyant nose of baked raspberries, blueberry pie and warm plums plus suggestions of red roses, forest floor, powdered cinnamon and sage. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers mouth-filling red and black fruit preserves with ripe, rounded tannins and racy acid to support, finishing long and mineral tinged.
